Don’t know if you’ve heard, but it’s Christmas next week!
It’s also my birthday on the 19th – bit of a big one! Ahem…..
Anyway, moving swiftly on from the fact I’m turning 50 – and on to some delicious Christmas food for you all.
When I wrote my cookery book, my favourite chapter was December and all the scrumptious dishes that I’ve been cooking up around Christmas for many years.
For example, if I don’t serve up my Curried Sausage rolls to friends and family around this time – there is usually a mutiny.
Not pretty. Easier to cook them.
So here are some videos that I’ve filmed for Food Network UK over the years, showing you some of my favourite recipes that you can try for yourselves over the next week or so.
Have a very happy food filled Christmas – enjoy yourselves.
Eat, drink – stay very merry – and worry about the diet (if you have to) in January!
Everyone always asks me my top tip for Christmas and here it is:
‘Start on the fizz early and by lunchtime you won’t care where your turkey is, or indeed what you’ve stuffed up it’s bottom!’
